The company's past and future plans can be divided into the following phases.

1992 to 1995 : During this period, STAM - Australia developed a range of classroom style electronic security and security management courses. These courses were marketed and conducted in all leading cities in Australia and Asia .

1995 to 1998 : To reach this world market, STAM - Australia carried out extensive research and selected computer based multimedia technology as the ideal platform to deliver a portable and hands-on training and productivity program. After 12 months of development work the popular Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) course was converted into an interactive multimedia-training program on a CD ROM. Its acceptance was instant and the program won many awards and received rave reviews worldwide.

In 1997 many innovative productivity tools like a quotation program, drawing symbol library and useful calculators were added.

1998 - 2003: STAM set up base in the USA , to market its interactive multimedia-training program. Keeping up with technology STAM has developed a wide range of generic web based training courses in the technology area. Over 7 thousand customers have taken these courses. It has developed over 40 customized online training courses for leading manufacturers like Panasonic, Sony, JVC, GE and other companies.

2004- Current: STAM established its own development office in Hyderabad , India , with an experienced team in multimedia production. This opened up a number of new possibilities, including becoming a sub-contractor to develop multimedia based projects for different organizations.

• Worked in Australia for 12 years. Established Visiontech as a CCTV design and installation company
• Established Security Training and Marketing Company in Australia , as training company and developed a range of stand up training courses. Also developed STAM InSight - The Complete CCTV Program for Staff Training and Productivity Enhancement on CD ROM. This award winning CD ROM was a 'world first' and contained over 14 hours of multimedia training content. This product sold in over 50 countries and revolutionized the training delivery methodology in the industry.
• Set up STAM Multimedia in the USA to develop and market a complete range of multimedia training programs.
• Set up STAM Multimedia Pvt Ltd, in India to as a development company in the multimedia area.

• Held senior management positions in a State Public Sector Corporation and Multinational Corporations. Successfully set up new ventures in Education, Software, Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit areas.
• Extensive experience in the education and IT fields. Served as Senior faculty in Finance and Business Strategy in one of the largest Universities in India. Established Centre of Academic Excellence for conducting original research, writing case studies, books, and articles and developing course material.
• Conducted Executive Management Development Programs for Multinational companies.

Anand Malkowthekar
Manager, India Operations

• Financial Professional by virtue of his academic qualifications. He has rich experience in various organizations and has contributed his efforts in setting up business operations for various new ventures.
• He has contributed his competency and efforts to ensure successful functioning of the new ventures.
• In STAM, he is solely responsible for setting up the Indian Operations.
• He has been very instrumental in establishing various business alliances with clientele in India and acorss Asian market for the product range of STAM.
• He is currently heading the entire operations of STAM in India.

• Setting up and driving an inspired team of multimedia professionals at Lanco Global Systems Ltd. and STAM Multimedia Pvt. Ltd.
