• You have created a new web site or a new web page. Get instant feedback on the navigation, look and feel of the web site/page.

It is simple.

1. Create your own survey questions, keeping in mind the survey objectives. The answers to questions could either be multiple choices or the visitor types.
   
   
2. Send the survey questions to STAM. STAM will create the survey site and add the questions to this site.
   
   
3. STAM will send the URL for this site and add this link to the appropriate location in your web site or send it in your e-mail campaign.
   
   
4. STAM will also provide the URL for the back end, which is password protected. The survey manager can log on and review the individual responses or get an overview of the responses.

Multiple survey sites can be created for the survey manager, each with a different URL. The backend log-on for the multiple surveys will be the same.
